The PSD Team members contribute both individually and as part of the Security Detail to the effective and sustainable planning, preparation and execution of security operations. Within a PSD, primary appointments are Vehicle Commander, Personal Protection Officer, and Rear Observer. All team members can be expected to be employed as vehicle drivers and general security operators, subject to individual skill sets, availability and the intent of the Team Leader.


Fully integrated team member and contribute to safe and secure conduct of operations and training.
Commander / driver of designated team vehicles.
Personal Protection Officer, as directed.
Close Protection during team mounted and dismounted operations, both static and mobile.
Contribute to mission planning and preparation, as well as post-mission reorganisation as directed.
Support TL in all aspects of daily team administration, training and other duties.
Contribute to maintenance of team-issued weaponry, equipment and vehicles Maintain high level of Operation Security (OPSEC) standards whilst on duty and on leave.

Close Protection Operative , Italy

Location: Rome, Italy
Hours: Contract, four days
Salary: GBP 200 per day

We require x2 Bilingual or trilingual Close Protection operatives to supply security and medical cover for an international congress in Rome, Italy from the 15th-18th January 2017. Applicants are required to speak Engligh and Italian or English, Italian and French. Please do not apply if you do not fit the language skills required. Applicants must be in country as travel expenses will not be covered.

Job Description : 
Responsibilities as an Executive Protection Officer include driving company executives throughout the DC metropolitan area. Extensive knowledge of the DC metropolitan area is mandatory. The candidate must be able to solve problems in a discreet manner and have the highest ethical standards at all times. Executive Protection Officers are required to work extended hours
and will be required to accompany executives on domestic and international business trips and provide close in protection for company executives. Executive Protection Officers must be in excellent physical shape and have the ability to carry heavy objects such as suit
cases, boxes and other packages in addition to standing for long periods of time, walking long distances and climbing and descending stairs. Emergency medical response may be required and participation in AED/CPR and first aid is required.
The Executive Protection Officer must obtain a Maryland Special Police Commission and concealed weapons permit and stay proficient with their firearm. The applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The applicant must also use discretion/exercise confidentiality in the event that they are exposed to classified
information. This position will work at the Crystal City and Bethesda facilities.
