About the role
Section head for operational and facilities security management and investigation function, the development and implementation of the security management system, including the aviation security program and interim management of Dangerous Goods.
Develop, implement and manage a compliant SeMS/aviation security program and associated manuals.
Conduct aviation security audits and investigations, including port readiness security activities and document them.
Provide specialist advice, analysis, and reporting to management on operational security issues including identifying key threats and emerging trends in security risk indicators as a result of intelligence reports and investigation findings.
What we're looking for
Min. 5 years operational security experience in an airline (desired), law enforcement, intelligence or military context.
Extensive experience and understanding of applicable security regulatory requirements including the systems approach to security management.
Detailed knowledge of local security requirements, procedures and practices.
Ability to implement a DG program.
Ability to implement an aviation security program and write clear, concise and accurate security investigation reports.
Detailed knowledge of CAD legislation.
Ability to manage a security emergency and investigation process under challenging conditions and provide system improvement recommendations.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
