ROLE:
This position manages the Executive Security Program, Intelligence Program and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) functions for TD Ameritrade (TDA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors the movement and security for the CEO and other Senior Operating Committee members
Coordinates security coverage with TD Bank for TD Bank executives and TD Ameritrade SOC members traveling to TD Bank
Oversees and directs security for TDA Sponsored events where SOC Members are present such as Board of Directors meetings, Conferences, Shareholders meetings, and other speaking engagements
Coordinates security coverage with government agencies as needed for speakers
Monitors world events, including political events, weather, protests, etc., to ensure risk to TDA’s Executives, assets and business functions are proactively monitored and mitigated
Ensures plans, procedures and response protocols are in place to manage risk
Manage vendor relationships with external intelligence vendors such as those that monitor web and social media activity for SOC members and TD Ameritrade brand
Oversees company control centers that monitor multiple security functions (cameras, alarms, weather, threats, etc.) and ensures appropriate responses are carried out based on incident types
Directs and develops TDA security control center operators and intelligence analysts

REQUIREMENTS:
4 year college degree required: Security Management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence or equivalent
The ability to interpret and/or analyze vague to complex information to discern patterns, trends, and relationships, will have the ability to draw conclusions by applying rules that may involve many steps.
Must have experience is evaluating the value of information as related to source and information reliability.
Demonstrates an understanding of what constitutes the intelligence cycle, the role it plays in analyzing intelligence information, and the various forms of intelligence collection.
