Job Description:
The Crisis Protective Services and Investigations (CPSI) Manager for a Region/Geographic Area is responsible for providing crisis response coordination, physical security strategy, investigation support, and business continuity planning within geographic areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Considered subject matter expert in crisis planning and response, business continuity, and physical security.
Direct and monitor consistency in related standards and processes.
Understand and provide guidance on corporate processes, procedures, standards for crisis.
Understand and provide guidance on developing incident specific response plans.
Direct and monitors related training including strategy, level, requirements and certifications in accordance with global direction.
Coordinate/conduct crisis response training, exercises, practices drills.
Responsible for monitoring and implementation of prevention/mitigation plans.
Facilitate client visits and audits; answering questions and follow-up regarding strategic direction and policy.
Conduct local security investigations with oversight of Global Asset Protection Director/Corporate Legal.
Prepare quality incident and investigative reports.
Conduct location physical security reviews.
Provides on-scene crisis management response and assistance if required.
May be requested to provide physical security planning and on ground support for meetings involving large executive or client attendance; coordinate on site security, medical and local law enforcement support accordingly.
Develops and manages key relationships within area of responsibility.
Understands industry and peer best practices related to area of responsibility.
Supervisory
Manages teams and/or work efforts.
Provides coaching and guidance to support counselees’ career development and encourage capability development by identifying opportunities to build skills and experience.
Responsible for counselees’ annual performance management.
