Essential Responsibilities
- Provide seamless and discreet protection for select ADP individuals.
- Deliver discreet and effective executive protection services while reducing costs to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ability to conduct security surveys, develop security plans and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Support some of the other major functions within Converged Security Services to include conducting threat assessments, country vulnerability evaluations and response during active investigations.
- Provide the appropriate level of physical protection to ADP’s Senior Executives, Board of Director members, ADP associates and/or individuals from outside the company who are traveling to high-risk countries for critical Executive Meetings, Incentive Awards Programs and Conferences.
- Protecting the personal safety of all ADP Associates in the workplace and while traveling on ADP business.
- Identify and appropriately respond to all external and internal threats.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; degree in criminal justice, law, or in a related field is preferred.

Experience:
- 15-years of law enforcement, military, or industry experience preferred.

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in executing executive protection duties acquired through practical experience in the public, government and/or private sectors.
- Law enforcement or industry-specific knowledge regarding techniques utilized in executive protection services.
- Ability to influence others to achieve results.
- A strong sense of accountability is a must.
- Effective business writing skills and experience.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms and practices.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with senior level management.
- Ability to solve practical problems and react quickly and calmly to changing or emergency circumstances.
