Job Description
The Manager / Director of Corporate Security is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to a team that establishes, supports and continuously improves enterprise information security technology, data privacy and information security policies, practices and standards.

Responsibilities:
Act as Product Manager of Network Security Services for external customers.
Manage all customer facing Network Security and Compliance Services including consulting, training, audits and vulnerability assessments.
Create proposals and respond to RFPs in the area of Cyber Security and NERC compliance.
Provide Sales and Marketing support.
Manage NERC and FERC compliance, security regulations and risk assessments.
Stay abreast of NERC and FERC policies and their impact to customers.
Manage the development and implementation of corporate security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Provide information security and data privacy strategy, policy, standards, risk assessments, management processes and technology to ensure information and networks are adequately protected with the highest levels of controls.
Ensure top security culture and security practices are established companywide to limit exposure to liability in all areas of risk.
Manage performance of team members.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related technical field.
7+ years supervisory/management experience in the IT/Network/Security field.
Direct experience leading an information security portfolio of platforms
Experience across a broad range of technology areas as well as experience with NERC and FERC regulations and compliance.
Ability to work with end users as well as executive level representatives.
Experience working in Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
Detailed understanding of LANs/WANs, internet technology, and network protocols.
Strong knowledge of networking and systems integration, and application and operating system hardening.
Broad technical background including networking, firewall, storage, serve infrastructure, database technologies, and operating systems and security.
Operating System Hardening (AIX, Windows, Linux) preferred.
CCNA certification preferred.
Experience working with various network vendors products (Juniper, Dell, HP, etc.) preferred.
