Training Manager – Middle East
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join the team. This is an exciting role, one that you can have a positive impact on the culture of the company. On a nine week rotation, you will be responsible for the training of the workforce in our operational locations including Iraq and Afghanistan. This role requires a self-starter who takes pride in their role.
You will:
Develop and deliver training including but not limited to: weapons handling, search procedures, PSD procedures, static guarding, first aid, defensive driving,
Conduct Training Needs Analysis
Play an integral part the mobilisation of all projects
Collect and audit training records for the MENA region.
Develop of team training packages
Maintain training in accordance with client contractual terms
Maintain training packages in accordance with the registered training organisation
Support business leaders to up skill Individuals and provide recommendations on closing the training gaps
The successful candidate will have:
10 years military or police background
A recognised Train the Trainer qualification
Experience as a Firearms, Medical and Defensive Driving Instructor
Previous risk management/oil and gas experience
Solid experience writing technical learning plans
Proven experience in the private security industry
Demonstrated experience delivering training package to a culturally diverse and inclusive workforce
Arabic language skills an advantage
