Position Description
- Develops and directs domestic and international security strategy and travel plans for executive leadership (for example, executive officers, vice presidents, Board of Directors)
- Develops and manages key partnerships for Executive Protection initiatives
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Ensures business needs are being met
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides strategic security for executive leadership (for example, executive officers, vice presidents, Board of Directors)
- Provides strategic security for executive leadership, associates, and participants at complex special events
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
- Supports the development of standardized Global Security programs (for example, Global Protection Program, Global Special Event Security Program)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, international relations, or related field and 1 year experience in executive protection, military, security, law enforcement, or related field OR 3 years experience in executive protection, military, security, law enforcement, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in executive protection training and development.
- 1 year experience in special events security.
