Job Description
Global Security and Investigations protects the firm’s employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, Security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, fraud Investigations and cyber security.

Participates in physical security project activities, meetings, and surveys.
Assists in the development of protection plans based upon LOB and vendor meetings.
Performs bi-annual security profile and review for specified regional facilities.
Identifies and communicates risks and issues to management.
Supports Chase operations in Central and Southern California (approx. 13,000 employees). Currently this covers 703 Retail branches and 10 corporate buildings.
Position will focus on project management work, guard force management, physical security reviews, work place violence and other non-fraud investigations, crisis management and preparedness, training, fingerprint office oversight (3), and liaison with law enforcement.
Assist Executive Protection team when firm executives are visiting this geography
High interaction with branch offices and the respective site leadership

Qualifications
3+ years experience in a security / project management focused role
Degree preferred or equivalent years of specific experience
