Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Supervisor of Protective Services who will be based at our facility in Augusta, Arkansas.

Under the direction from the Manager of Protective Services, On a regional basis ensure appropriate protection is provided to all Corporate assets including personnel, physical locations, and identified assets of Sloan.
Participate in constant education, evaluation, and improvement plans of all physical security activities for Sloan Valve, Sloan Global Holdings and its affiliates
Will assist, and when assigned, lead all criminal, background, and protective intelligence investigations

Will coordinate and lead, under the general direction of the Manger of Protective Services, all activity related to Executive Protection, Travel Safety and Security for designated executives. Will manage all travel safety related concerns, travel safety education and travel risk mitigation.
Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all security incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management.
Manages local access levels for employees, visitors and contractors.
Assist in the management and the development, implementation and maintenance of emergency preparedness plans.
Manages internal and contract security guards. Acts as a liaison for local law enforcement.
Job Requirements
At least ten years’ experience in Executive Protection, Security or Law Enforcement. Experience with Protective Security Details and services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work related experience.
