Job Description:
The Executive Protection Supervisor supervises a team of Executive Protection Officers in providing for the safety and personal security of the Chairman and his immediate family, and other Company executives as situations warrant and as directed.
Supervise a team of Executive Protection Officers in providing for the safety and personal security of the Chairman and his immediate family.
Supervise a team of Executive Protection Officers in providing for the safety and personal security of other Company executives as situations warrant and as directed.
Assist the Executive Director Protective Services in the development and management of executive protection strategies.
Prepare advance security survey of locations and pre-event site assessments to include emergency evacuation plans and other procedures as required.
Coordinate and liaison with all company security departments, external security services and public safety personnel.
Supervise investigative efforts related to executive protection.
Responsible for route planning, route reconnaissance, vehicle preparation and mobile security.
Maintain equipment inventory and ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance as required.
Responsible for maintenance of daily activity reports and other reporting documentation as required.
Supports Executive Director Protective Services in coordinating domestic and international travel for the Chairman and his family, and for other Company executives when situations warrant, and as directed.
Schedule work hours, days off and assignments in conjunction with other Executive Protection Supervisor.
Maintain up to date records on training, licenses and permit requirements.
Maintain flexible schedule and on-call hours as needed.
Perform other job related duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
At least 6 years of experience in law enforcement and/or legal within profession.
Advanced knowledge in the area of investigations.
Must be accurate and skillful in dealing with information received.
Ability to safeguard confidential information and materials and understand the necessity to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the work environment.
Must use sound judgment in making decisions.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodical, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manual.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Problem solving to include analysis or interpretation of situations and applying knowledge and skills and general precedents and practices to the work environment.
Maintain proficiency in firearms and defensive tactics.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred:
Previous executive protection training and/or work experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
