AS Solution, a Global Leader in advanced security solutions, is seeking a seasoned Executive Protection Manager in the Parsippany, NJ Area.
Job Summary
• The Executive Protection Manager is tasked with building and managing an executive protection program for a Fortune-500 US Corporation.
• This position requires the employee to live in the greater Parsipanny, NJ Area. Candidates from all areas of the United States are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Select, train and manage client executive protection team
• Reports to client Director of Security
• Creates operational plans and SOP’s
• Designs training program for executive protection team
• Participates in ongoing professional development
• Maintain positive internal employee / management relations
• Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
• Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
• Conducts protective advance operations
Desired Candidate Attributes:
• 5+ years EP supervisory experience in a corporate environment
• Extensive experience working in foreign countries
• Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment
• Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Advanced medical and evasive driving experience
• Proficient in Protective Intelligence
• Fluently speak and write the English language
• Previous Military, Law Enforcement, Government Agency experience a plus but not required
• A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
