Job Summary
Pinkerton is seeking motivated part-time Agents who will plan, prepare for, and conduct client investigations in a quality manner. Candidates, in this position, may work under senior level agents.

Essential Functions

The Essential Functions Include:
 Provides executive protection for high profile events, estates and individuals.
 Conducts advances and/or security assessments of facilities and events.
 Conducts quality investigations in accordance with budgetary requirements and agreed upon deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and retention with minimal supervision.
 Submits investigative reports to ensure accuracy, investigative sufficiency and professional quality; edits and corrects as necessary.
 Reviews reports of Associate Investigators as assigned for specific investigations.
 Maintains and submits accurate time and expense records in accordance with company guidelines.
 Briefs appropriate supervisory/management personnel on a consistent and timely basis as to the status of each investigation.
 Participates in designated training sessions/seminars and reviews company training materials to maintain professional competencies and ensure high quality investigations.
 Maintains assigned equipment; maintains driver license, auto insurance, and serviceable vehicle, etc.
 Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. 

Minimum Hiring Standards
 Must be at least 18 years of age.
 Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
 Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
 Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
 Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
 Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
 Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Education / Experience
High School Diploma and five (5) years of security experience or military/law enforcement experience.

Competences
 Guard card and exposed arms permit.
 CPR/First aid and AEC certificate and or EMT.
 Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
 Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
 Must have valid driver’s license.
 Must be able to meet any federal, state, or municipal licensing requirements.
 Must be able to work under adverse conditions with little or no supervision.
 Must possess keen attention to detail.
 Ability to solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
 Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
 Ability to write detailed, accurate complex investigative and business correspondence and present information in one-on-one and group situations.
 Strong client and results orientation.
 Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
