Job Description
The Executive Protection Officer provides for the safety and personal security of the Chairman and his
immediate family as well as other Company executives as situations dictate and as directed.
Provide for the safety and personal security of the Chairman and his immediate family, and other Company executives as situations warrant and as directed.
Travel with the Chairman as needed often on short notice including extended worldwide travel.
Follow operation plans and handle trip requirements as directed by Executive Protection Supervisor.
Be able to provide emergency first aid/CPR if needed.
Review material and conduct investigations related to executive protection.
Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities via investigation, proactive means, site visits, and pre planning security at events.
Perform vehicle transportation functions as necessary and maintain the executive transportation vehicle to include the mandatory equipment (road emergency kit, medical/trauma kit, defibrillator, etc.)
Maintain proficiency in relevant protective services training, as required by Executive Director Protective Services.
Maintain flexible schedule and on-call hours as needed.
Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:

At least 3 years of law enforcement and/or legal within profession.
Advanced knowledge in the area of investigations.
Accurate and skillful in dealing with information received.
Ability to safeguard confidential information and materials and understand the necessity to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the work environment.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodical, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manual.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Use sound judgment in making decisions.
Problem solving to include analysis or interpretation of situations and applying knowledge and skills and general precedents and practices to the work environment.
Maintain proficiency in firearms and defensive tactics.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma and equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
Previous Executive Protection training and/or work experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
