Position Description
The Driver will transport the IIS President, members of the Senior Leadership and IIS Leadership Teams, Board of Director members and other passengers as required to local or distant points according to time schedule and regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort, and complies with local traffic regulations.

The Driver will coordinate with principal’s executive assistant or designated person with schedule/itinerary information on daily basis for travel planning, which will include driving primary and secondary routes to be travelled in advance for all local venues to be visited, including: airports, businesses, hospitals, safe havens, customer sites, residences and hotels to gain familiarization.

The Driver will be responsible for tracking vehicle accidents, repairs, inspections, security, maintenance and replacements; washing and cleaning the vehicle; submit daily deliverables to include, but not limited to accident, mileage, maintenance and cleaning reports.

Additional Non-Driving Responsibilities: To include performing a wide variety of tasks in support of Industrial or program security. Obtains security clearances for employees. Controls employee identification cards and records. Maintains lock and key records. Arranges visit authorizations for employees and others to gain access to restricted areas. Guards, patrols and polices commercial, military, or industrial premises to protect property and personnel against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry and other hazards. Examines credentials of persons desiring entrance to restricted areas. Maintains order in emergencies. Investigates and reports suspicious or unusual occurrences and coordinates and operates with civil law enforcement agencies. May be required to carry firearms for the protection of the property and personnel. May be responsible for fire suppression and fire prevention education. Fire fighters operate and maintain all fire and/or emergency rescue equipment and vehicles. Responds to emergencies such as crash, fire, aircraft, medical, hazardous waste and other emergencies. Enforces company safe practice rules and regulations. Protects life and property in emergencies and participates in rescue operations. Checks for work correctness. May assist in directing work, assigning and outlining tasks.

Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate with leasing company to schedule maintenance and repairs.
Check oil, washer fluid and antifreeze; wiper blades, power steering, etc
Verifies operational safety of equipment and devices such as brakes, lights, mirrors, glass, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, highway warning kit, horn, warning lights, wipers, tires, etc.
Maintain vehicle utilization reports and updates spreadsheets with accurate service records for vehicles as required.
Responsible for key storage for primary and spare keys;
Other duties as assigned.
Current operating hours are expected to be 7:00 am – 3:30 pmRequired Experience:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Must possess a valid State Driver’s License
Have a minimum of five years of driving experience
Ability to possess a valid Taxi & Chauffeur License
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to communicate with peers, employees, staff and third parties at non-Raytheon venuesRequired Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years experience
