Minimal Risk has been engaged to carry out a security review and
audit for a Gold Mining Company in Africa, including the review of all
transportation procedures between the dispatch site and the refinery.
To assist Minimal Risk, we are looking for a specialist consultant who has a competency in this area of work.
Site review to include:
- Gold room procedures.
- Administration security and management structure.
- Security installations.
- Highlight areas of concerns/high risk.
Dispatch review to include:
- Gold room procedures.
- Gold room entry and exit procedures.
- Gold room CCTV coverage.
- Gold room clean up procedures.
- Gold room sample dispatch procedures.
- Gold dispatch procedures.
- Charter aircraft arrival and identification procedures at airstrip.
- Identification of pilot and couriers procedures.
- Courier services from country to refinery in South Africa.
- An overall review of all paperwork required for bullion dispatch.
The review will be undertaken within a specified number of days in
country and then 1 days report writing in the UK possibly at Minimal
Risk offices in Hereford. The review is likely to be undertaken week beginning 18th May or 25th May.
The successful candidate will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Minimal Risk.
