This role will require professional and experienced Security Assistant Coordinator, who can be trusted to operate in small teams with minimal supervision. This role would suit someone with military, police or commercial security experience who possess a "can do" attitude and enjoys working in a dynamic and flexible team.
The successful candidate must be prepared to work in shift patterns and travel for fixed periods.
Mandatory Skills
* Minimum 5yrs military, police, close protection, or commercial security guard experience.
* Hold a relevant security licenced &/or qualification.
* Be responsible for the security of the project's fleet vehicles and their contents.
* Continually improve performance and processes.
* Investigate and resolve security breaches and incidents.
* Engage with outside agencies and general public in a professional manner.
* Can be trusted to operate with minimal supervision.
* Be a team player with a "can do" attitude who will naturally "go the extra mile".
* Enjoy working in a flexible and dynamic team and project environment.
* Work on night shifts.
* Be prepared to travel.
* Hold a European driving licence with a minimum of 5yrs experience.
* Experienced and confident communicating by radio.
* Self employed

* Professional driving experience.
* Security Team Leader / supervisor or similar.
* Must speak fluent Spanish with good conversational English language skills.
