We are looking to recruit an experienced Security professional to act as Security Adviser for the private office a UHNWI based in Northern Italy.
As the personal security aide to the principal, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of all security matters relating to the private offices, private residences, the extended private staff and all international or regional travel.
As the Security subject matter expert, you will be required to provide guidance and up to date advice on everything from threat landscape, risk mitigation to counselling on maintaining cutting edge security systems and security best practice.
As well as your domestic responsibilities, you will coordinate all travel plans with regards to the safety and wellbeing of the principal and companions, escorting and providing up to date threat mitigation solutions and dynamic risk assessments.
Key attributes to this role are the ability to maintain a state of alertness, whilst minimising disruption to the business, and remaining in the background.
You will need to be diplomatic with excellent communication skills and understand the need to maintain the status quo.
As an aide to the Principal, you will be expected to carry out additional tasks as required.
Candidate profile: Skills and Experience:
Corporate Security background
Knowledge of Asset protection and executive protection in relation to travel security
Extensive international travel in Europe, Asia and the USA
� Knowledge of Cyber Security an advantage
� Good standard of medical/first aid + defibrillator
� Good standard of English essential
� FLUENT ITALIAN ESSENTIAL
� Strong incident management skills and experience
The position is a fulltime direct hire position, and will sit within the private household staff.
