We are looking for a superstar to manage our EP team (Executive Protection). As the EP Manager, you will demonstrate excellence in management, have a passion for developing and mentoring people and have expertise in leading an executive protection team.
The ideal candidate excels at proactively assessing risk situations, executing response protocols and communicating effectively with all levels of management. Our world-class team demands that you are able to think on your feet, drive strategy, and respond to issues with lightening speed. This person will be agile, creative and be a great team player to mesh with our organization.

Select, train and manage Yahoo’s executive protection teams
Creates operational plans and SOP’s
Designs training and medical program for executive protection team
Participates in ongoing professional development
Maintain positive internal employee / management relations
Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
Conducts protective advance operations
Works executive security details

5+ years EP Management experience in a corporate environment, with an additional 5 years operational experience
BS degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent
Extensive experience working in a global setting
Agility to change plans rapidly and make effective decisions, which facilitate and enhance executive work
Proactive and astute communication style fitting a high technology culture
Travel and manage complex business schedules, security plans and details
Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment
Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
Strong writing and executive interpersonal skills
Advanced medical and evasive driving experience
Proficient in Protective Intelligence
Previous Fortune 500 security leadership or Government Agency Experience
