Overview:

Sustain the Bank Security Department's development, implementation, maintainance and testing of physical security systems, policies and procedures that will reduce, manage and/or eliminate risk factors effecting customers, employees and assets. Assist in the management of daily work orders, alarm code requests, track false alarm bills and assist in project management and security surveys.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily work orders and service requests; track false alarms & related invoices; assist in providing alarm codes and cancellations, as required; assist in providing a check & balance for pending invoices awaiting approval by the Physical Security Integration Manager; and assist with surveillance requests.
Provide technical support for Security Systems and Corporate Security Department 24/7. Reviews reported security system issues and investigates anomalies as needed. Provides training to the Corporate Security team on security systems and new technology.
Assist in conducing annual site security surveys/risk assessments for each bank facility. Recommend security upgrades as needed to maintain regulatory compliance, industry standards and to adjust to changing security requirements.
Create and maintain security equipment inventory at PBO/PBCS locations; Alarm code users; Robbery statistics and other data and statistical reports.
Work with other departments to design security components that meet or exceed their security needs. Supervise the implementation of such components and track their performance.
Works closely with selected security vendors to insure quality of products and installation.
Represents Physical Security Integration Mangager and Bank Security as designated on all matters regarding physical security systems when primary responsible party is unavailable.

Qualifications:
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of colleagues, vendors and law enforcement
Physical Security Professional (PSP) and/or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification is preferablebility to interact effectively with all levels of colleagues, vendors and law enforcement.
