Description
The Executive Protection Officer will support L-3’s current executive protection team in securing Corporate Headquarters, employees and visitors with special attention directed towards L-3’s senior executive management. The EPO will be available upon the needs of the company and the company’s senior executive management team to perform security escorts to and from business functions. The EPO will be responsible to maintain a secondary EP vehicle and be available to transport senior executives to and from business meetings, airports and/or other external functions. The EPO will conduct advances of anticipated destinations and plan routes, entry and egress for the principal(s). The EPO could be trained and utilized as a proprietary ASO for L-3. During idle time the EPO will provide an added layer of security at Corporate Headquarters. The EPO will be expected to cover for or assist with the duties of the other members of L-3’s executive protection team.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Prior law enforcement experience
Clean driver license
NYS pistol carry permit with NYC endorsement
Registered in NYS as an Armed Guard
Possess or ability to qualify for HR 218
Possess or ability to obtain a US passport
Possess or ability to qualify for ASO credentials
Good physical condition
Ability to work flexible hours
