REQUIREMENTS
As a Bodyguard / Close Protection Officer / Personal Protection Officer you protect clients from such threats as assault, kidnapping and stalking. Armed bodyguards protect by assessing threats, planning routes and searching cars and buildings. Ideally, preparation and presence are all that are necessary to prevent an attack, but armed bodyguards also must be prepared to use force if necessary. Oftentimes, armed bodyguards may also serve as drivers for their clients. Individuals who elect to hire armed bodyguards include those frequently in the public eye such as celebrities and politicians, and they may be at a higher risk than civilians. Very wealthy individuals may also elect to hire protection for themselves or their family members.
Bodyguards / CPO & PPO must have the following skills and attributes:
In order to carry a weapon, a firearms permit must be held
Experience in the field of combat and defense
Excellent vision and hearing
Strong physical shape
Familiarity and knowledge of a wide range of weapons, both from an offensive and a defensive perspective
Active thinking, critical analysis and communication skills

There are longer term contracts with salaries starting at 2,000 Euro's per month, totally Tax Free with the additional benefits of an annual return Airfare home, housing, food, clothing and healthcare insurance being provided.

Emirates Gateway Security Services (EGSS) are recruiting for Male and Female Bodyguards / Close Protection Officers (CPO) / Personal Protection Officers (PPO) who are Ex Armed forces, Police or Security trained to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
EGSS was established in 2007 as a significant step forward in the integration drive initiated by International Golden Group. Their focus is on security services including training and personnel.
