The Physical Security team is dedicated to protect all things Uber - with a major focus on our most important asset, our people. The Executive Protection team plays a key role in this mission, specifically focused on supporting our leaders and keeping them safe.
The EP Support Coordinator will support all logistics, travel, and documentation for the Executive Protection team. This will include detailed tracking, documenting incidents, invoices, metrics, and other correspondence. The successful candidate for this role will be an organized thinker with strong writing skills and a can-do attitude. The team is looking for someone with hustle, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly to get things done.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Track and record metrics for the the Executive Protection program
Coordinate, organize, and maintain content in our case management system
Work closely with external vendors to manage payment process and deliverables
Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Manage schedules efficiently
Manage misellanous projects
REQUIREMENTS
Highest level of confidentiality and discretion
BA/BS degree preferred
2 years successfully supporting programs and projects
Experience with MS Office and Google products
Enthusiasm for solving problems and implementing creative solutions
Exceptional organizational skills and the perfect balance of attention to detail and swift execution
Capable of fostering a culture of Trust, Honesty, and Integrity
Travel will be required
