Summary

Under general supervision, receives vehicle assignments, instructions, and direction from the Manager Executive Protection and the Executive Assistant to assigned Executive.

Primary Responsibilities
Requests may also originate from other corporate executive assistants or executives that are afforded Corporate Security protection per company policy.
Responsible for the advance planning and coordination of tasks with Executive Assistants, Corporate Aviation, Global Security Operations Centre and Director International Security as required and to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner
Monitors and confirms that all assigned vehicles are maintained in a serviceable and clean condition through daily vehicle inspections.
Job is responsible for Executive Protection, including but not limited to transportation, domestic and/ or international travel, serves as a protection officer for Halliburton Executives as per company policy and members of Board of Directors.
Will participate in aspects of internal and external security to include: personal protection, corporate facilities, residences, airfield and event security, ground and air transportation, protocol and special projects.
May need to engage in physical activity in the event of potentially life threatening event.
Has completed a certified driver's safety program/evasive driving course focusing on executive protection and transportation.
Has completed and is qualified from law enforcement, military or internationally recognized executive protection/close protection training course.
Possesses or is able to satisfy the requirements for and be certified as a Personal Protection Officer (PPO) in the State of Texas.



Requirements
Required completion of an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice is preferred or an equivalent combination

of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Possession of a Driver's License is required
Possession of a or the ability to obtain a Personal Protection Officer (TX) license is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection transportation which includes experience in advanced driving skills and management experience required
Undergraduate degree is preferred
Corporate security experience is strongly preferred
