Package Description: Recruiting for Close Protection Officers, these positions are offered on a 12 month rolling contract, providing stability on role in an organisation which is here today and for the future. Contracts are 9 weeks on, 3 weeks off. The role requires individuals who are physically and mentally fit and able to work in a team or as an individual under testing conditions, professionally capable and able to demonstrate proof of training and history to our screening and vetting personnel.
Job Introduction:
Close Protection Officers required, ex-military preferred who have Middle East experience. Formal civil equivalent training evidence required, especially First Aid as a priority. Small arms skills and driving ability to include class C1 (heavy vehicles). Ability to work in a team or as the situation may demand as an individual. Good communicators, able to take direction and provide information in a clear and concise manner.
Role Responsibility:
Provide Close Protection according to SOP's
Follow direction and support Team Leaders/Vehicle Commanders as appropriate
Maintain all personal skills and standards according to role and ensure all equipment and weapons systems are fit for role and use
Actively support the team during operational work and follow guidelines on personal behaviour in and out of role
The Ideal Candidate:
Sovereign Military experience (at least 7 years service)
Holds recognised qualifications in Close Protection, First Aid, small arms use, Driving
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
SIA licence holder
