Solutions Group International (SGI) was created to provide Specialized Security Services, Law Enforcement & Military Tactical Training, Threat Matrix & Vulnerability Assessments, Leading-edge Anti-Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Applications, and Investigations to the Law Enforcement, Military, Entertainment & Film Industry, Security, Government, and Corporate Sectors worldwide.

SGI is currently seeking highly motivated and assertive individuals with law enforcement, military and close protection backgrounds for Executive Protection and Estate Security positions.

Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to work with an elite group of men and women on assignments in the Los Angeles area, with potential travel both domestically and internationally. SGI trains all of our security personnel internally through our Tactical Training Division based at our Regional Training Center in Riverside, CA. Training opportunities are ongoing, verifiable, and realistic. All training is provided at no-cost to SGI employees.

* SGI is continuously recruiting silent professionals with a specialized skill set to join our organization and staff our PSD (mobile security / close protection) and Estate Security Teams.

Required Qualifications:
• Active or recently retired Law Enforcement, or prior Military service member
• Possess a California Concealed Carry Permit (CCW)
• Current California BSIS Guard and Exposed Carry Permits
• Must be physically fit to perform the tasks commonly associated with protective service work (i.e. walking, running, sitting, standing long periods, lifting body weight, pulling, dragging, carrying load, driving, traveling, etc.)
• Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification
• Minimum of (5) years of progressive experience in PSD, Estate Security, Corporate Security or related field work.
• Able to successfully complete a thorough background check.



Desired Qualifications:
• Possess a LEOSA/HR218 Firearm Qualification
• Advanced Drivers Training Course
• Previous PSD / Estate Security experience
• TCCC / Advanced Life Support Medical Training
• Advanced Firearms Training
• Defensive Tactics / Weaponless Defense Training
• Special Skills: Swimming, Boating, Skiing, Snowboarding, Foreign Language.
• Experience in conducting Threat Assessments, Advances, Route Surveys, Detail Briefs.
