Summary

The EP Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing secure transportation daily. You will operate within a small team environment. You will have a consistent track record of providing discrete protective services, maintain strict confidentiality, and extraordinary communication skills to be successful in this position. This position will reside in Cupertino, CA.

Key Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years professional experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military is required. In addition, experience in the corporate space is highly desirable.
Understand and have proven experience in protection concepts to include defensive driving, protective intelligence, contingency planning, and counter surveillance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative abilities, and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of physical security systems to include, but not limited to intrusion detection systems, CCTV, and other security related software/hardware. You should have strong computer skills and be proficient in the development of Keynote presentations and be Technologically savvy.
Have the ability to be self-motivated, work without direct supervision, and understand security concepts and theories.
Possess exceptional organizational, time management skills. You are able to find creative solutions to complex situations.
Be in good physical condition and capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
Basic medical training/CPR qualified preferred.
Current CA BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit preferred.
CA CCW preferred, but not required.

Description
This opportunity will require you to provide safe and secure transportation to and from designated locations and participate in a full spectrum of security/protection services. You will assist with planning, organizing, and executing discrete executive/security driving services. Complete route planning/reconnaissance and mobile security, familiar with transportation apps (Apple Maps, Waze, Glympse, WhatsApp, etc.). Maintain vehicle fleet to include routine maintenance. Skilled in being able to quickly collect, analyze, and disseminate information in a timely manner. Work independently under stressful conditions and maintaining calm under pressure, often times ambiguous environments. Work regularly with cross-functional team members and various service providers and agencies to maintain the highest security standards. Regularly conduct advance operations and develops/implements/audits internal and external security plans and movements. You will need to be available on-call for emergencies. Be adaptable to constantly changing schedules, which may include weekends and holidays and some travel. Work with highly confidential information. Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred.
