Game Fair 2019 at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire,
26th July to 28th July 2019
Minimal Risk has been asked again to support the Game Fair in 2019 at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire.
In 2019 the show days for this prestigious event are:
Friday, 26th July, Saturday 27th July and Sunday 28th July 2019.
We will be looking for approximately 100 SIA licenced Security Officers from Thursday 25th July.
From Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th July we will start to build our team up. We require both day and night shifts to be covered and most shifts will be 12 hours.
The Security provision will start in advance of the public dates above probably around the first week of June providing weekend cover to accommodate the set-up. There will also be a break-down period after the event for about 3 weeks and again this will be weekend work.
The event is broken down into a number of different areas requiring flexible Security responses.
• Mobile/Foot Patrols
• Exhibitor Lanes
• Stewarding
• Compound & Campsite Security
• Gate Supervisors/Gate Security
Accommodation + Food
Some limited cabin accommodation may be available for those who are identified and able to provide their services for a longer period. Otherwise camping is available to you free of charge, you would however need to bring your own tent etc.
Pitches and hot showers are available within a “Security Team” designated area.
Food is not provided by Minimal Risk but is available across the event. Nearby there is an Asda Superstore (other supermarkets are available).
Minimal Risk will provide a welfare marquee with tea, coffee and cold drinks available for those working for us.
